Calvert Sails reserves the right to choose to manufacture custom sails in the St. Petersburg, Florida location or one of our overseas manufacturing facilities.
In all cases, the designs will be done by Dave Calvert and the same construction information, as well as sail cloth and sail hardware, will be used regardless of manufacturer location.
Sail warranties will also remain the same regardless of place of manufacturer.
Dave Calvert and Calvert Sailmakers LLC, stands behind the sail designs and construction 100% with our full one year warranty on workmanship and materials. Our goal continues to be to deliver top quality sails and designs, striving for customer satisfaction.
"This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida. Any litigation under this agreement shall be resolved in the trial courts of Monroe County, State of Florida".
